Our dedication to your business is dictated by an on-site response time of 4 hours in the event of a full power failure to your location or the initial trouble call is free (see terms and conditions below)*. At Texas Generation, we know your business is critical and we want to prove our services to you.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, contact our management immediately and we will work to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

*Free trouble call requirements:

Must be a business/commercial customer with an active account and maintenance agreement.

Trouble call coverage is for the first 3 hours on-site from technician time of arrival.

Coverage is for labor only and does not cover any parts or materials.

Coverage does not cover delays due to extreme circumstances (i.e. acts of god).
